Bargaining Unit Contract Specialists
Contract Specialists are KP contract language subject matter experts and work with union members, stewards, OFNHP union staff and KSMC Human Resources. They educate and assist with local and national contract interpretation. They assist with coordination of grievances, corrective actions, issue resolutions and Partnership activities as needed.
