Here’s your chance to get involved and participate in the future of your union! In August of 2009, The Administrator’s Advisory Action Council (AAAC) was launched and membership meetings are held monthly. Membership meeting are open to all members and provides a forum for members to get involved with their union and be a part of how the union moves forward.
The Steering Committee was formed to represent a cross-section of healthcare professionals from various bargaining units in both OFNHP facilities. The Committee is chaired by Kathy Schmidt and co-chaired by Guy Marx. Check the Event Calendar for the next scheduled Member Meeting.
Steering Committee members help formulate recommendations to the wider membership and assist with facilitating break out groups. The three member councils consist of:
- Bargaining and Contract Enforcement
- Fixing the Partnership
- Membership Engagement
All union members are encouraged and welcome to participate in monthly membership meetings.
